We have been through the stressful season of putting our loved
one in an assisted living home. We understand the burden. We can

Meet the Reibers:
(left to right)
Lisa: An Activities Coordinator and Caregiver,
Lisa puts on social events that meet each resident where they are
at. She has Alzheimer's experience and empathizes with the stress
that comes to a family member caregiving for their parent.
Krystle: A Social Worker, Krystle lights up any
room with her contagious laugh. She advocates during the transition
for the resident and family as well as during the entire stay in
the home by creating a care plan tailored to each
resident.
Klint: An Entreprenuer and Nurse Aide, Klint
has a combined education in business and senior care. He has been
researching, interning, networking and training in this industry
throughout the past four years.
Bryce: A Rockstar! Bryce is the little genius
of the family. He understands and loves on his Grandma, who is far
along in her Alzheimers. His favorite times are his family times
and he is in the honor band for his talented trombone skills!
Troy: A Bible Study Teaching Leader, Troy
manages software engineers by day and runs ministry by night. He is
passionate about seeing continual growth and development in other's
lives. This vision began with him.
There are additional professionals and consultants who are
helping us create the highest quality of life for our
residents. Combining them all, we are filling gaps by
creating innovative ideas that will reach our goal of redefining
senior living.
