The closest ones to our residents are the careproviders. Vibrant
Living Estates focuses in on educating and compensating our
employees in ways that bring the best care to our residents. They
are trained as:
- Certified Nurse Aids (CNA)
- Qualified Medication Administration Person (QMAP)
- Personal Care Provider (PCP)
Each careprovider demonstrates their heart for seniors prior to
their employment.
We refer to them as the "House Mom's", because we want to create
a family-like atmosphere.
We are all people with needs. Vibrant Living Estates recognizes
